We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that outputs will meet your requirements. OCR, compression, and conversion results may contain errors; you should verify outputs before relying on them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Toolexia and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Site. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Site will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us to use the Site in the six months before the claim (if any) or (b) fifty U.S. dollars (USD $50), unless a different minimum applies under mandatory law in your jurisdiction.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Toolexia and its operators against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
