The service

Toolexia provides informational pages and free online tools for personal and reasonable business use. We may update the service over time; when limits or behavior change, we reflect that on the relevant tool page and in these Terms where it matters. Individual tool pages and FAQs describe how each tool works today, including whether processing is client-side or server-assisted.

Eligibility and acceptable use

Disclaimers

The Site and tools are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that outputs will meet your requirements. OCR, compression, and conversion results may contain errors; you should verify outputs before relying on them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Toolexia and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Site. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Site will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us to use the Site in the six months before the claim (if any) or (b) fifty U.S. dollars (USD $50), unless a different minimum applies under mandatory law in your jurisdiction.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Toolexia and its operators against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Advertising and monetization

The Site may display third-party advertisements, including Google AdSense or similar networks. Ad partners may use cookies or similar technologies as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not control ad content served by networks.

This JPG to PDF document converter remains free for typical personal use unless we state otherwise. We may change ad placement or density over time.

Your content and outputs

You retain responsibility for files you process. Output PDFs embed your images as raster pages; verify results before legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical use.

Do not use the Site to process unlawful material or content you do not have rights to use.

Intellectual property

The Site design, branding, and original copy are owned by Toolexia or its licensors. Open-source libraries used in the converter remain under their respective licenses.

You may link to our public pages. Do not imply endorsement or scrape the Site in ways that impair service for others.
